Noah is responsible for everything related to placement and credentialing of pastors. He provides guidance to congregations as well as pastors during the search process, interviews, and installation of a pastor, as well as pastor reviews and transitions. He also provides guidance to pastors who are considering terminating. Noah is a part of the ministerial committee, which oversees the credentialing process.
Noah is a part of the LEADership platform. He became a conference minister in 2000, and moved into his current position in 2006. He grew up in Spring City, Pa. and is a member of Plains Mennonite.
Noah loves the earth, and spends a lot of time gardening and working on his flowerbeds. He also enjoys building things, remodeling homes and adding rooms onto houses.
