As the Director of Finance, Conrad manages financial reports and records, works to ensure that the conference is being a good steward of its resources and takes care of operating expenses. He reports regularly to the finance committee of the conference board. Conrad also works with those in Franconia churches who are responsible for congregational finances.
Conrad serves as the Chief Operating Officer for all Franconia properties. He has worked with the conference since 2001.
Conrad grew up in Greencastle, Pa. and holds a master’s degree from Eastern University in economic development. Conrad has served with Eastern Mennonite Missions, Mennonite Central Committee and Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) in Tanzania and Bangladesh.
In his free time, Conrad enjoys playing golf and riding bike with his wife, Josephine.
