Allan Yoder is a part of the LEAD oversight team that supports pastors and lay leaders in Franconia congregations. He also guides and serves as a resource for partner organizations and congregations in Mexico, along with Kirk Hanger and Bob Stevenson. Allan officially began with the conference in 2009, though he spent his childhood as a Franconia Conference missionary kid in Cuba.

Allan has been the pastor of Good Shepherd Community Church in Reamstown, Pa. since 1997. He also has experience in church planting and church revitalization, and previously worked in the evangelism and church development department of Mennonite Board of Missions.

Allan and his wife have three sons and one grandson, and when he has free time he enjoys spending it in the garden.
