RED (RIMA) is a network of congregations, initiatives and mission efforts based in Mexico City that have grown out of the LaPaz congregation, closely connected with Franconia Conference. Kirk Hanger continues to work with this network from the United States while indigenous leadership serves to extend the work in Latin America.
